Cleanpro Express unveiled its newly rebranded outlet in Bandar Kinrara 5, marking a significant milestone in its commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
The launch event was graced by esteemed guests, including the Dexter management team from the United States, and was attended by representatives from the Malaysia Retail Chain Association, Malaysia Laundry Association, Malaysia Franchise Association, MATRADE, exco members, key partners, and Cleanpro franchisees.
Cleanpro, a home-grown local brand synonymous with laundry innovations, had previously announced a remarkable rebranding effort and introduced the new Cleanpro Plus web app in May this year, aimed at providing increased convenience to their valued customers.
At the heart of this rebranding lies the unveiling of a fresh and contemporary outlet design, seamlessly aligning with Cleanpro’s updated brand identity. This new concept is set to extend to all Cleanpro Express outlets across Malaysia, reflecting Cleanpro’s dedication to a more customer-centric approach.
In the upcoming months, Cleanpro Ibu Sayang, another franchise model, will adopt this innovative approach to create a refreshed appearance.
