As part of Hilton Kuala Lumpur’s completion of the refurbished Collaboration Spaces, the state-of-the-art-technology upgrade is the hotel’s step forward to adapt with the changing environment.
In line with Hilton’s Ensemble concept of connecting spaces, people and ideas, Hilton Kuala Lumpur’s aim for new high-end technology is to create agile, flexible meetings and events. In collaboration with Creative Rock, the exclusive Virtual Studio puts Hilton Kuala Lumpur at the forefront of innovation.
“With all the changes in the environment and market trends, not only did we need to adapt, but deliver a solution that is innovative enough to bridge the gaps,” said Jamie Mead, Regional General Manager, Malaysia, Vietnam and Philippines, Hilton.
The first of its kind in Kuala Lumpur, the Virtual Studio advances by bringing online conferences to life. Using a cyclorama green screen, the presenter’s background can be controlled and staged instantly to recreate face-to-face meetings, product launches, media events and more.
The efficient and convenient technology provides an immersive experience and real-time interaction with the audience. On top of customisable presentations, speakers will receive live audience response facilitated by high-speed connectivity.
Following the nation’s Social Distancing procedures, the Virtual Studio allows businesses to continue to engage with a global audience without travelling.
To suit the needs of all businesses, the state-of-the-art technology features a green screen wall and floor, screen management system, lighting and voiceover equipment, access to live streaming with up to 1,000 viewers, and many more.
Inclusive of 10 hours of usage, The Basic Live Streaming Package starts at RM13,200 and the Virtual Studio package begins at RM27,500.
