LEGO rolls out ‘Build Your Dream Ride’ campaign with on-track family experience

The LEGO Group has launched its ‘Build Your Dream Ride’ campaign, an initiative designed to inspire children and families to explore creativity through vehicle-themed play while extending the experience beyond the home and onto the racetrack.

The campaign showcases a wide array of vehicle sets across themes such as LEGO City, LEGO Technic and LEGO Speed Champions, encouraging young builders to construct everything from everyday service vehicles to high-performance race cars. Through hands-on building, children are introduced to problem-solving skills while nurturing confidence and imagination.

Marketing Director (Singapore, Malaysia and APAC Travel Retail) of The LEGO Group, Agnes Molnar, said the campaign reflects the company’s belief that play is a powerful tool for development.

“By putting children in the driver’s seat of their creativity, we enable them to customise and build their dream rides, strengthening their confidence and critical thinking skills along the way,” she said in a statement.

In Malaysia, the excitement moves into high gear through the Build Your Dream Ride Autoshop Experience at KF Kiddy Circuit and KF Kiddy Circuit. The indoor circuits, featuring 200 metres of track, offer children and families an opportunity to transition from brick-building to e-kart racing in a uniquely themed environment.

Running from March 6 to June 30, 2026, both venues will be transformed with LEGO-themed visuals, including brick-built displays and Minifigure installations. Participants can complete mission-based pit stops involving building challenges, interactive photo sessions and karting activities to collect stamps and redeem exclusive rewards.

The mission extends to the LEGO Certified Store outlets at Mid Valley Megamall Kuala Lumpur and Mid Valley Southkey Johor Bahru, where children who complete their mission cards and share their experience on social media will receive a limited LEGO Racer Minifigure with Golden Trophy.

Additionally, from Feb 28 to March 29, participating LEGO Certified Stores nationwide are offering a Make and Take activity, allowing visitors to assemble and bring home a complimentary LEGO Sports Car, while exclusive gift-with-purchase promotions are available across selected vehicle-themed lines.

The campaign’s product range is available at LEGO Certified Stores, the LEGO Official Store on Lazada and Shopee, Toys ‘R’ Us and major retailers nationwide.
