Icon Brewings is a cafe nestled in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur that is famous for its fruit strudels. With a variety of appetizing strudels to choose from, they also sell other types of foods for their customers to indulge in when they visit them. Some of the most popular strudels are the Fruit Strudel, Crossover Strudel, Tea Series Strudel and Platter Set (Fruit Strudel Platter, Chocolate Platter, Birthday Makeover).
Icon Brewings began as an interior design showroom, featuring modern contemporary designs whilst also acting as a gathering spot for industry artists and designers. Inspired by his love for food, in 2017 Nicolas Lim made the decision to slowly transform his space into a cafe and eatery that would feature the hot beverages and sweet treats that had long been his favourites. The space now offers an exciting blend of premium coffee as well as a fusion of western and Asian food alongside a variety of cakes and pastries. Icon Brewings is also Muslim friendly, not serving any pork and alcohol.
Beyond exciting new flavours, Icon Brewings is quickly becoming a household name to pastry aficionados around the Klang Valley for their buttery and light strudels which deliver a satisfying crunch that is a signature of all the very best strudels. This exquisite eating experience has been achieved through freshly double-baked pastry which delivers that crusty and flaky crunch. The iconic original flavour strudels feature a vibrant mix of tropical and berry fruits including Mango, Kiwi, Strawberry, Peach and Blueberry.
Famed for the fruit strudel, Icon Brewings also recently introduced a Tea Strudel series to appeal to the growing tea-lover population in Malaysia. The tea-riffic Strudel series layers the conventional Icon Brewings strudel with a thick and scrumptious helping of tea-inspired flavours and accompaniments. These flavours include some of Malaysia’s favourite tea flavours including- Lychee Rose Strudel, Earl Grey Strudel, Houjicha Strudel, Matcha Strudel and even a Thai-Milk tea strudel.
Besides the Tea-Series Strudel, Icon Brewings has also introduced a Crossover Strudel Set to the market – a designer set in which each and every piece has a unique individual taste. The crossover includes Oreo, Jobbie Nut Butter, and Lotus Biscoff. It also includes the Lychee Rose Strudel, Oreo Strudel, Biscoff Presso Strudel, Mermaid Strudel, and Jobbie Banana Strudel.
Besides all the mouth-watering desserts, Icon Brewings also has a variety of dishes that’ll fill you right up. Some of the must-try food and drinks here include the King Breakfast, Mushroom Aglio-Olio, Shashuka with Strudels, Blossom Garden, Blazer and Grifinn.
