Proficeo, Everpeaks to optimise Malaysian MSMEs e-commerce strategies

Proficeo Consultants Sdn Bhd (Proficeo) with Evrpks Consulting Sdn Bhd (Everpeaks), a Malaysian based omni-channel e-commerce solutions provider on Monday jointly announced a strategic partnership to help Malaysian micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) optimise their e-commerce sales.

The Co Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Proficeo, Renuka Sena said that this partnership with Everpeaks provides many avenues to help Proficeans regain some of their lost revenue.

“We have worked with micro-entrepreneurs and taught them how to embrace social commerce and we saw many double and even triple their sales but that was pre-Movement Control Order (MCO).

“Nowadays it’s not just about being online but understanding the digital landscape and how to best optimise the various channels available,” she said.

Meanwhile, the Founder and CEO of Everpeaks, Joachim Sebastian believe that this partnership will be key to driving greater ecosystem impact especially in the digital economy of today.

“The end of the year starting from 11 November right through to Christmas is a period where e-commerce sellers make bumper sales. Via this partnership with Proficeo, we will jointly select 100 online sellers who can be supported to prepare for year end sales,” he said.

Both Everpeaks and Proficeo will roll out a series of activities over the next few weeks to select 100 Proficeans and help them achieve 30 per cent to 50 per cent growth in sales by the end December 2020.

This collaborative partnership will be a tag team effort creating efficiencies from two similar principled entities with their own unique market footprint and access points.
